本文用双盲及安慰剂对照的研究方法,比较肾上腺皮质激素(下称激素)对COPD每日和隔日疗法的疗效。选择44例症状已稳定3个月,并且FEV_1<1.5L和FEV_1/FVC％<50％的男性老年和重度COPD患者,作为研究对象。将44例随机归入3个治疗组:A组(qid组)14例,用甲基强地松龙(MPN)8mg qid;B组(qod组)14例,用MPN64mg qod;C组(对照组)15例,用安慰剂。用安慰剂或合用MPN与安慰剂的病人,每日同一时间服药,服药片数亦相同。所有病人均住院观察。入院前所用的任何治疗药物仍继续使用,原吸烟者亦仍允许抽吸,但必须在指定地点吸。研究用药的前一天,收集各项测定基础值,包括吸入问羟舒喘宁气雾剂前、后的肺量计测定、单次呼吸弥
In this study, a double-blind, placebo-controlled study comparing the effects of adrenal cortical hormones (COPD) on daily and alternate COPD therapies was performed. Forty-four male aged and severe COPD patients with stable symptoms for 3 months and FEV_1 <1.5L and FEV_1 / FVC% <50% were enrolled as study subjects.
