大于8的螺帽五序冲孔模(下面称冲针)是螺帽制造厂的易损模具,它的消耗量占全部模具费用的1/10~1/8。因此提高冲针的使用寿命,降低模具消耗,提高经济效益,一直是螺帽行业探索的课题。几年来,我们根据M20螺帽五序冲针的服役条件,分析了冲针的失效原因,从改善冲针的强度设计及采用合理的热处理工艺这两方面着手,通过耐磨性对比试验,有效地采用碳氮共渗复合热处理方法,大幅度地提高了冲针的寿命。
Numps larger than 8 punching die (hereinafter referred to as red needle) is a nut manufacturer vulnerable mold, its consumption accounts for all the mold costs 1/10 ~ 1/8. Therefore, to improve the service life of red needles, reduce mold consumption, improve economic efficiency, has been the nut industry to explore the issue. In the past few years, according to the service conditions of M20 nut five-pin red needles, we analyzed the reasons of the failure of red needles. From the aspects of improving the strength design of the red needles and adopting reasonable heat-treatment process, The use of carbonitriding composite heat treatment method, a substantial increase in the life of red needles.
