肾病综合征(NS)患者,尤其是微小病变型肾病(MCNS)存在免疫异常,如血清 IgG 降低,IgM 和IgE 增高,出现循环免疫复合物,Ts 细胞的活化,淋巴细胞的增殖受到抑制,细胞介导的免疫反应受损等。本文旨在研究 NS 时细胞介导免疫作用,以估计T 细胞生成白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的能力和对 IL-2的反应。病人和方法 NS 患者18例,平均年龄38.6±17.9(10~72)岁。男性13例、女性5例。其中微小病变型肾病14例、膜性肾病4例。另外,非肾病型慢性肾小球肾炎4例。诊断以临床表现和肾活检为基础。NS 患者尿蛋白>3.5g/24h,伴低白蛋白血症
Patients with nephrotic syndrome (NS), especially minimal-nephrotic nephropathy (MCNS), have immunologic abnormalities such as decreased serum IgG, elevated IgM and IgE, circulatory immune complexes, activation of Ts cells, inhibition of lymphocyte proliferation, Mediated immune response is impaired. This article aims to investigate the role of cell-mediated immunity in NS to assess the ability of T cells to produce interleukin-2 (IL-2) and to respond to IL-2. Patient and method NS patients 18 cases, average age 38.6 ± 17.9 (10 ~ 72) years old. 13 males and 5 females. Of which 14 cases of minimal change nephropathy, membranous nephropathy in 4 cases. In addition, 4 cases of non-nephritic chronic glomerulonephritis. Diagnosis is based on clinical manifestations and renal biopsy. NS patients urinary protein> 3.5g / 24h, with hypoalbuminemia
