目的对某医院医疗效率情况进行多指标综合评价分析,为医院管理决策提供依据。方法应用TOPSIS法对医院2005—2008年份反映医疗效率的8项指标进行综合评价。结果2008年度医疗工作效率最佳,2005年度医疗效率最差,与医院近年来的实际工作情况相符。结论运用TOPSIS法对反映医疗效率的多项指标进行综合评价,能客观反映不同时期医院医疗效率的优劣程度并找出原因,对提高医院绩效管理水平具有实用价值。
Objective To evaluate the medical efficiency of a hospital by multi-index comprehensive evaluation to provide the basis for hospital management decision-making. Methods The TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the eight indicators reflecting the medical efficiency in the hospital from 2005 to 2008. Results The medical work efficiency in 2008 was the best. The medical efficiency in 2005 was the worst, which was consistent with the actual work of the hospital in recent years. Conclusion The TOPSIS method is a comprehensive evaluation of a number of indicators that reflect the medical efficiency. It can objectively reflect the advantages and disadvantages of hospital medical efficiency in different periods and find out the reasons, which is of practical value to improve the performance management of hospitals.
