近年来,随着电脑、手机、互联网的发展及普及,“淘宝”“京东”“亚马逊”等电子商务网站大获成功,电子商务已成为我们日常生活中的重要部分。在这个“互联网+”的大数据时代,制造企业传统的采购模式已在悄然发生着变化。在中小型企业,因原辅材料少、采购流程简单,传统的采购模式尚可满足企业发展的需要。然而,对于大型制造企业,特别是对于推行集团化采购的国有大型企业来说,要想使每月所采购的数万种物料按时、按量、按质到货且符合国有企业繁琐复杂的采购管理制度和流程,传统的采购模式已不能适合企业集团化采购的要求,急需紧跟当前信息化发展的形式,将电子商务引入至企业的采购管理过程中。
