本文从当前我国非国有企业海外油气项目现状入手,首次将该类企业分成5类;然后针对非国有企业在海外从事油气勘探工作中所面临的勘探部署与经济效益、油气生产与远程管理、企业发展与主干专业人力资源的关系问题进行剖析;指出突出经济效益、重视远程管理、稳定主干专业人才是我国民营企业海外油气勘探的三件法宝。
This paper starts with the current status of non-state-owned oil and gas projects in China and divides them into five categories for the first time. Then, in view of the exploration and deployment, economic benefits, oil and gas production and remote management faced by non-state-owned enterprises engaged in oil and gas exploration overseas, Development and the backbone of professional human resources analysis of the issue; pointed out that highlighting the economic benefits, focusing on remote management and stability of the backbone of the professionals in China’s private enterprises overseas oil and gas exploration of the three magic weapon.
