试验分别采用液体培养基和固体培养基对丽格海棠愈伤组织和试管苗进行了扩繁研究 ,分析了丽格海棠采用液体培养的可行性、效果以及是否有推广价值。试验结果表明 :丽格海棠可以进行液体培养 ,且效果优于固体培养 ,可以在扩繁研究中推广应用
Experiments were conducted using liquid medium and solid medium of Rieger begonia callus and in vitro propagation studies were carried out to analyze the Rieger Begonia liquid culture using the feasibility and effectiveness and whether there is a promotional value. The results showed that Rieger begonia could be cultured in liquid and its effect was better than that of solid culture, which could be widely applied in propagation studies
