采用琼脂培养和土壤培养试验研究了根系氧化能力不同的水稻品种磷、锌的营养状况。结果表明 ,在选用的5个水稻品种中 ,根系氧化力较高的品种LR 2、TZ88 145和YY 1,其根表铁膜数量明显高于根系氧化力较弱的品种KZ89 113和KZ89 112。根系氧化能力高 ,根表形成的铁膜数量多 ,富集的磷、锌数量也多 ,反之则少。这就构成了“根系氧化力不同的水稻品种—根表形成的铁氧化物胶膜数量不同—富集在铁膜上的磷、锌数量不同—水稻的磷、锌营养状况不同”的连锁关系。
Agar culture and soil culture experiments were conducted to study the nutritional status of phosphorus and zinc in rice cultivars with different oxidizing abilities. The results showed that among the five rice cultivars selected, LR 2, TZ88 145 and YY 1, which had higher root oxidation, were significantly higher than those of KZ89 113 and KZ89 112, which were weakly oxidative. Root oxidation capacity is high, the number of iron film formed on the root surface, rich in phosphorus, zinc and more, and vice versa. This constitutes a “rice root system of different oxidizing power - the root surface of the formation of different numbers of iron oxide film - enriched in the iron film on the phosphorus and zinc in different quantities - rice phosphorus and zinc nutritional status of different” chain .
