目的:研究血标本放置时间对血液检验结果的影响,为临床检验工作提供更多的参考依据。方法:随机抽取我院门诊患者60例的血液标本,分别在0h、3h、6h对血标本血常规和生化13项指标进行检测,分析比较检测结果。结果:随着放置时间的逐渐增加,NEUT、GLU、TP、TBIL、MONO的水平逐渐降低,而PLT、PHOS、K+的水平逐渐升高,多数指标的变化均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血标本的放置时间对诸多检验结果具有明显的影响,为提高检验结果的准确性,在检验工作中应严格按照相关操作规定执行,提高检验结果的准确性。
Objective: To study the effect of blood sample placement time on blood test results and to provide more references for clinical testing. Methods: Blood samples from 60 outpatients in our hospital were randomly selected, and blood routine and biochemical indexes of 13 blood samples were tested at 0h, 3h and 6h respectively, and the results were analyzed and compared. Results: The levels of NEUT, GLU, TP, TBIL and MONO gradually decreased, while the levels of PLT, PHOS and K + increased gradually with the increase of placement time. The changes of most indexes were statistically significant (P <0.05) . Conclusion: The placement time of blood samples has a significant impact on many test results. In order to improve the accuracy of the test results, the test should be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant operating rules to improve the accuracy of the test results.
