大连港是东北地区最大的综合性港口,处于东北亚经济圈的中心位置,是东北亚重要的航运中心。随着振兴东北老工业基地号角的吹响,大连港面临难得的发展机遇,为推动大连东北亚重要国际航运中心的建设,大连港应按照现代物流管理理念,明确自身的优势与劣势,结合外部的机遇与挑战,趋利避害,大力发展港口现代物流。
