随着社会经济快速发展,人民生活水平不断提高,人口老龄化现象日益严重。国有老企业离退休党员、职工逐年增多,将给企业的经济发展,福利待遇等方面带来一系列的问题。离退休党组织是党的基层组织的一个重要组成部分,如何关心好、照顾好离退休老党员,充分发挥他们的作用,已成为当前摆在我们党面前的一项新课题。
With the rapid social and economic development, the people’s living standards have been continuously improved and the population aging has become increasingly serious. The retired party members and workers of state-owned and old enterprises have been increasing year by year, which will bring a series of problems to the economic development and welfare treatment of enterprises. Retired party organizations are an important part of the party’s grassroots organizations. How to care for good ones, take good care of retired party members and give full play to their role have become a new issue currently facing our party.
