With the rapid development of information technology, the Internet has affected all aspects of our lives. As a result, the network economy has been rapidly developed. Online shopping is an important part of the Internet economy. Now online shopping has become a major source of shopping for many people. What factors have an impact on consumers’ online shopping behavior is the issue that online businesses and research scholars are discussing. This article briefly analyzes the process of consumer online shopping to explore the factors that affect consumer online shopping behavior.
