本文分析了混凝土破坏途径和强度理论以及影响混凝土强化的本质因素,指出改善孔结构强化水泥石,增强界面过渡层是混凝土的增强途径。并采用AF+JSM复合减水剂;预热粗集料;先拌水泥浆;低W/C低用水量工艺对混凝土进行物理和化学强化,通过正交设计选择了配合比,成功地配制出90MPa高强混凝土。以常规工艺实现了混凝土的高强化。
This paper analyzes the concrete destruction path and strength theory as well as the intrinsic factors affecting concrete reinforcement, and points out that improving the pore structure to strengthen the cement stone and enhancing the interface transition layer is the reinforcing way of the concrete. And AF+JSM composite water reducer; preheat coarse aggregate; first mix cement slurry; low W/C low water consumption process physical and chemical reinforcement of concrete, through the orthogonal design selected mix ratio, successfully formulated 90MPa high-strength concrete. The conventional process has achieved high concrete reinforcement.
