去年接手三(5)班,我碰到了一个让我“棘手”的孩子。她是一个个子小小的女孩子,一副古灵精怪的样子。第一节课,她就给了我一个下马威。整节课,她不是和周边的同学说话,就是拿别人的学习用品进行骚扰。对老师的劝说、警告、批评,她熟视无睹,充耳不闻。为了不影响其他同学学习,我让她单独坐。哪知一下课,她就自己把桌椅搬回去了。我便向学生了解情况。学生告诉我,她学习成绩很优异,课外阅读很丰富,可就是上课不肯听讲,不把老师放在眼里,喜欢跟老师对着干。我又问:“那她和同学关系怎么样?”同学们说她很喜欢讥笑别人,总是一幅瞧不起别人的样子,学习上也不肯与人合作。开展游戏活动,她总要别人听她的,最后总是不欢而散。现在她都不愿意参加班上体育活动。她从不参加班上的每周一次的值日,理由是她不会扫地。我马上意识到,这是一个非常自负的孩子。
