当前,我国对行业企业的职业教育与培训相当重视,大力推进职业教育与培训改革,本文从校企合作的角度出发,首先谈到了校企合作进行职业教育与培训的必要性,然后提出了校企合作进行培训会遇到的问题,最后从国家的制度、企业的观念和职业学校的教学等角度,提出了一些方法和措施,来发挥校企合作的作用,推进职业教育与培训的发展。
