30%~70%的肿瘤病人发生骨转移,且常累及脊柱。临床上,大多数的脊柱转移瘤病人都要进行放疗。为了优化放射剂量并得到满意的治疗效果,需要一种可准确评估放疗疗效的方法。X线平片、核素骨扫描、常规SE序列MR成像等方法虽均可发现脊柱骨髓的一些病理改变,但用于监测、评估放射治疗对脊柱转移瘤的疗效时,其效果不能令人满意。作者对一组脊柱转移瘤病人放疗前后的MR扩散加权成像进行了研究。
