电力业扩工程“三不指定”的实施,使电力客户有了自主选择权,维护了电力客户与竞争者的利益,规范了电力工程安装市场。但随着电力业扩工程市场化的深入,由于各施工队伍对工程竞争的加剧,在电力业扩工程质量方面难免出现这样或那样的问题。笔者根据多年工作经验,就在电力业扩工程“三不指定”条件下,对影响电力业扩工程质量的各种因素进行分析,从而提出解决问题的措施,确保电力业扩工程质量。
The expansion of power industry “three no designation ” implementation, so that power customers have the right to choose and maintain the interests of power customers and competitors, regulate the power engineering installation market. However, with the deepening of marketization of power industry expansion project, due to the intensification of competition among construction teams, one or more problems inevitably arise in the quality of power industry expansion project. Based on years of work experience, the author analyzes various factors that affect the quality of expansion projects in power industry under the conditions of “expansion of power industry” and “three non-designation” so as to put forward measures to solve the problems and ensure the quality of expansion of power industry.
