本文结合工程实例,详细介绍在高烈度地震区,新建高速铁路采用原位现浇框架桥形式跨越既有铁路的关键技术问题。介绍了跨越既有线框架桥施工方案比选、主体设计、结构仿真计算、线路加固、工字钢支架架空等关键技术。本工程同时涉及既有线下现浇及既有线上现浇施工,为独特的框架桥施工方式。线下现浇框架桥底板施工采用分次线路加固技术,线上现浇施工框架桥顶板采用工字钢支架架空施工。并详细说明了施工步骤,为类似的工程提供参考。
Based on the engineering examples, this paper introduces in detail the key technical problems of the new high-speed railway crossing the existing railway in the form of in-situ cast-in-place frame bridge in the high seismicity area. The key technologies such as comparison and selection of construction schemes, main body design, structural simulation calculation, line reinforcement and overhead hanger of I-beam bridge are introduced. The project involves both existing cast-in-place and existing cast-in-place construction, which is a unique construction method of frame bridge. Underline cast-in-frame bridge floor construction using sub-line reinforcement technology, online cast-in-site construction of the bridge roof with I-beam brackets overhead construction. And detailed construction steps to provide a reference for similar projects.
