研究型中医院是西方理念在我国应用和发展的结果,它是一个综合性的理念,既具有传统中医医院的特色也融入了新的时代概念和内涵,在我国得到了快速的发展。研究型中医院关注和强调人才培养,取得了一定的成果,但是仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题。以上海中医药大学附属曙光医院作为研究地点,通过座谈和访谈的形式收集研究资料,在分析医院青年人才培养现有问题的基础上,提出了加强青年人才培养的路径和方法,以期为医院的青年人才培养提供思路和借鉴。
Research TCM Hospital is the result of the application and development of western philosophy in our country. It is a comprehensive concept. It not only has the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine hospital but also integrates the concept and connotation of the new era and has been rapidly developed in our country. The research-oriented Chinese medicine hospital has paid close attention to and emphasized the personnel training, and has achieved some achievements. However, there are still some problems to be solved urgently. Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a research site, through the form of forums and interviews to collect research data, based on the analysis of existing problems in the training of hospital young people, put forward ways and means of strengthening the training of young professionals in order to hospital youth Talent training to provide ideas and lessons.
