随着社会经济发展升级,建筑施工企业迎来了更大的发展契机,建筑施工企业也在不断发展,建筑施工规模日益扩大,建筑施工企业逐渐认识到企业财务管理的作用和意义凸显。有效的财务管理是建筑施工企业对资金资产进行科学管理的保障,建筑施工企业和其他企业一样,都具有追求利益最大化的属性,因此,建筑施工企业越来越重视加强财务管理问题研究。笔者对财务管理在建筑施工企业的重要性做了相应的论述,分析建筑施工企业在财务管理中普遍存在的问题做了相应的剖析。并提出了完善建筑施工企业财务管理的策略和举措,为今后建筑施工企业进一步提高财务管理水平,为建筑施工企业在市场竞争中脱颖而出积累了值得借鉴的经验。
With the social and economic development and upgrading, construction enterprises usher in a greater opportunity for development, construction companies are also constantly developing, increasing the scale of construction, construction companies gradually realize that the role and significance of corporate finance management highlights. Effective financial management is the guarantee for the construction enterprises to manage the capital assets scientifically. Like other enterprises, the construction enterprises have the property of pursuing the maximization of profits. Therefore, the construction enterprises pay more and more attention to the study of strengthening the financial management. The author makes a corresponding discussion on the importance of financial management in the construction enterprises and analyzes the problems that the construction enterprises universally exist in the financial management. And puts forward the strategies and measures to improve the financial management of construction enterprises. It provides valuable lessons for construction enterprises to further improve their financial management in the future and to stand out for the construction enterprises in the market competition.
