针对120t电渣炉电渣重熔冶炼并锻造得到的规格为1900mm×500mm的X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1轮盘试制件,研究了其不同部位的组织以及力学性能。结果表明,此轮盘锻件径向不同位置的成分和组织均匀性较好,且经过长时间锻后等温热处理能够实现完全的扩散型相变,热处理后的力学性能无明显差异。由于此锻件来源于电渣铸锭靠冒口侧,冶炼工艺控制不当导致氧含量较高。影响了材料的拉伸性能。
In view of the electroslag remelting 120t electroslag furnace smelting and forging specifications for 1900mm × 500mm X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 roulette trial parts, the study of its different parts of the organization and mechanical properties. The results show that the composition and the homogeneity of this disc forging in different radial positions are better, and the complete diffusive phase transition can be achieved by the isothermal annealing after long time forging. The mechanical properties after heat treatment are not significantly different. Because this forgings from electroslag casting riser side, smelting process control lead to higher oxygen content. Affect the tensile properties of the material.
