目的探讨玻璃化与程序化冻融胚胎的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析广西壮族自治区人口和计划生育研究中心的609个胚胎冷冻周期,其中366个程序化胚胎冻融周期与243个玻璃化冻融周期,比较两种不同冻融方法的胚胎复苏率、胚胎移植率、胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率等指标。结果玻璃化冷冻法与程序化冷冻法比较,其胚胎复苏率(94.75%,74.13%)、解冻移植率(97.94%,87.98%)、种植率(28.88%,16.94%)和临床妊娠率(42.86%,30.75%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃化冷冻法比程序化冷冻法更适于人类胚胎的冷冻保存。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of vitrification and programmed freezing and thawing embryo. Methods A total of 609 embryo freezing cycles of population and family planning research center of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 366 programmed embryo freeze-thaw cycles and 243 vitrification freeze-thaw cycles were performed. The embryo recovery rate, Transplant rate, embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and other indicators. Results Compared with programmed freezing, vitrification and embryo resuscitation showed that the rates of embryo resuscitation (94.75%, 74.13%), thawing and grafting (97.94%, 87.98%), implantation rate (28.88%, 16.94%) and clinical pregnancy rate %, 30.75%), the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Vitrification is more suitable for cryopreservation of human embryos than programmed freezing.
