我厂是国家和交通部公路客车定点生产厂,国家二级企业、山东省科技进步先进企业、省明星企业和地区十佳企业。1994年在全国客车市场严重疲软,客车行业三分之二以上厂家亏损的情况下,我厂仍生产客车1152辆,销售1135辆,完成产值1.1188亿元,实现利润224万元,各项经济指标在全国同行业中名列前茅。回顾我厂的发展,关键一点是注重了人才的引进、培养和使用,发挥人才效应,促进了企业的技术进步和管理进步,增强了参与市场竞争的实力。
