新疆得天独厚的自然条件,适于种植葡萄,所产绿色无核葡萄干饮誉国内外。近些年来,由于葡萄干供不应求,种植葡萄经济效益又高于种植其他农作物,一些地区正大力扩大葡萄的种植面积,并大量晒制葡萄干。从世界市场、新疆各地气候条件及当前制干情况看,今后新疆除生产部分绿色无核葡萄干外,应大力生产红色无核葡萄干。
Xinjiang blessed with natural conditions, suitable for planting grapes, produced by the green seedless raisins known at home and abroad. In recent years, due to the shortage of raisins, the economic benefits of planting grapes are higher than that of planting other crops. In some areas, the planting area of grapes is greatly expanded and raisins are sun-dried heavily. From the perspective of the world market, climatic conditions in various parts of Xinjiang and the current dry-dry conditions, Xinjiang should vigorously produce red seedless raisins in addition to producing some green seedless raisins in the future.
