应日本建设省土木研究所的邀请,我于1986年9月20日至10月30日到日本国进行了40天滑坡防治技术的考察研究。出国前曾拟定了研究工作大纲,考察研究的目的有三:1.重点了解日本在滑坡防治工程方面的新技术、新方法。如大截面抗滑桩和钻孔抗滑桩的设计理论和施工方法,用锚索锚定边坡的方法;水平钻孔排除滑坡地下水的主要机具、施工工艺及衍塞后的清理办法,用改变滑带土性质稳定滑坡的材料、施工工艺及效果等。2.了解日本在滑坡机理研究和监测预报方面有哪些新的方法、仪器和手段,以及它们
