本文主要讨论用线性规划的数学方法解决鞍钢的最优产品结构问题。根据鞍钢产品生产过程,建立产品结构的数学模型。利用线性规划的单纯型法求解,首先找出一个初始基本可行解,引入一些附加变量,将原来的模型化为单纯型法的标准型。运用线性规划的数学方法求解鞍钢最优产品结构,当系统参数发生变化时,可以较容易地得到产品的最优,结构,精度较高。
This paper mainly discusses the use of linear programming mathematical method to solve the optimal product structure of Anshan Iron and Steel. According to Ansteel product manufacturing process, the establishment of a mathematical model of product structure. Using the simplex method of linear programming, we first find an initial feasible solution, introduce some additional variables and transform the original model into the simplex standard. Using the linear programming mathematical method to solve the optimal product structure of Ansteel, when the parameters of the system are changed, it is easier to get the optimal product structure and higher accuracy.
