构造了电子商务环境下制造商开通网上直销渠道,零售商进行传统零售并且对废旧产品进行回收的双渠道闭环供应链博弈模型。分别计算了集中决策和分散决策下供应链各节点企业的最优定价策略,然后以集中决策下的最优定价策略为基准,通过设计一份收益共享—费用分担契约,即制造商分享一部分制造商和零售商的销售总利润,同时承担一部分零售商的回收费用,从而实现了分散决策下供应链系统的协调。最后,通过算例分析,验证了该契约的有效性。
Constructed a two-channel closed-loop supply chain game model with e-commerce environment where the manufacturer opened the online direct sales channel, the retailers carried on the traditional retail and recycled the used products. The optimal pricing strategy of each node in the supply chain under centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making is calculated respectively. Then, based on the optimal pricing strategy under the centralized decision, a revenue sharing-cost sharing contract is designed, in which the manufacturer shares some manufacturing The total sales profit of retailers and retailers, as well as the recovery costs of some retailers, so as to achieve the coordination of the supply chain system under decentralized decision-making. Finally, an example is given to verify the validity of the contract.
