工业条件下实验证实:小岭石灰基粉剂细粒度级别的产品可用以铁水预处理。其予计脱硫能力可达: 单耗脱硫率喷后硫4—6公斤/吨铁 50—70％ 0.025％7—9公斤/吨铁 60—85％ 0.015% 上述予计脱硫效力,已为天津二钢铁水处理站、宣化钢铁公司铁水处理站的工业性试验所证实。上述单耗较天津二钢现用粉剂低50％以上。宣钢试验表明,小岭粉单耗比宣钢现用单耗及吉林粉单耗均有明显的降低。在天钢试验所达到的脱硫水平与西德蒂森公司喷吹等量CaO+CaC_2的水平相当。小岭粉剂采用集中生产供料,单价可控制在100元/吨粉以下,适用于各类型处理站使用。
