发展党员是一项十分重要,又是非常严肃的工作我们在发展学生党员之前,除了认真做好平时的培养教育、考察和听取党内外群众意见外,还采取“公示”办法。1999年12月制定了《关于加强发展党员工作的补充意见》,从2000年1月开始,在发展大学生党员时,实行公示制:凡是发展大学生党员,在支部讨论确定为发展对象后,必须将发展对象张榜公示两周,广大同学、老师如有不同意见,可向该发展对象所在的党总支、党支部或直接向组织部反映。
