随着旅游业的飞速发展,酒店行业突飞猛进,因此对在很多高等院校也相继设立了酒店管理专业课程,而我国诸多高校对于酒店管理专业课程的教学大多都是为学生传授酒店管理的理论和酒店经营方法,注重理论教学而忽视实践练习,这样的教学方式难以有效地调动学生学习的积极性。本文针对酒店管理专业课程的教学现状及课程教学的改革措施进行了研究和探讨。
