我矿采用无底柱分段崩落法进行回采出矿,使用CZZ-700型凿岩台车配备YG-80型凿岩机打φ58毫米的扇形中深孔。根据测量提供的巷道水平剖面图进行炮孔设计,用书面通知操作工人进行台车凿岩。前一个时期由于缺乏必要的验收制度,因此炮孔质量曾出现一些问题,以致影响回采工作,主要问题是:①炮孔合格率低,有的矿块进路的炮孔合格率仅18.2%。②凿岩深度不足,爆破后产生崩落高度不够,进路之间留有隔墙,厚达1.5~2.0米,顶部崩落高度下降达1.0米左右(附图)。③炮孔打的
