对GGE双标图在马铃薯区域试验中的应用进行评价.采用贵州省2年8个试点9个品种(系)组成的马铃薯区域试验产量资料,通过GGE双标图法,研究了马铃薯基因型与环境互作效应对试点代表性与鉴别力,以及品种丰产性与稳定性的影响.结果表明:在9个品种(系)中,(G7)26-13-1属于丰产性、稳定性高的品(种)系.在8个试点中,(E1)安顺和(E4)六盘水的代表性与区分力最好.GGE双标图为研究不同环境下马铃薯产量提供了更为科学、直观有效的分析方法.
The application of GGE double-labeled plot in potato area test was evaluated.Production data of nine potato cultivars (lines) from 8 pilot stations in Guizhou Province for two years were used to study the relationship between potato genotype and Environmental interaction effect on the representativeness and discriminating ability of the pilot and the high yield and stability of the cultivars.The results showed that (G7) 26-13-1 belongs to high yield and high stability in 9 varieties (E1) Anshun and (E4) Liupanshui showed the best representativeness and discriminating power among the 8 pilots.GGE double plot provided a more scientific and intuitive method for studying potato yield in different environments Analytical method.
