我厂生产的QB32—8系列多功能剪切机,有H6~H7精度的孔,有些零件的材料切削性能差,用一般单刃镗刀,车刀加工,工件精度不易保证,刀具耐用度及加工效率低。我厂使用的两种孔加工刀具,适用于在镗床,车床及专用机床上加工φ37~φ200的孔,使用效果较好。图1所示为镗削φ62H6孔的可转位精镗刀,直径可调。其原理是夹紧刀片和调整镗刀直径,都是利用刀杆本身材料的弹性变形实现的。当可转位刀片装进刀杆后,用内六方扳手紧固刀片螺钉,通过刀杆上宽2.5mm槽的变形来压紧刀片。

Figure 1 shows the boring φ62H6 hole indexable fine boring tool, adjustable diameter. The principle is to clamp the blade and adjust the diameter of the boring tool, are the use of the material itself, the elastic deformation of the knife to achieve. When the indexable insert into the arbor, with a hex wrench to tighten the blade screw, through the arbor width 2.5mm groove deformation to compress the blade.
