医疗保险制度改革实非易事。青岛市在改革中引入自我约束和竞争制约机制,化难为易,并取得了较好的效果。青岛市的做法值得其他地区借鉴。
Medical insurance system reform is not easy. Qingdao introduced self-restraint and competition and restraint mechanisms in the reform, which made it difficult to make things easy and achieved good results. Qingdao’s practice is worth learning from other regions.
