目前许多天平的精密部件及自动测试部件在各种常用的腐蚀气氛中(如SO_2、H_2S、CO、CH_4等)容易被腐蚀。一些天平,如石英弹簧热天平,虽然天平的抗腐蚀性能很好,但因受到各种限制,测试范围狭窄而不能满足要求。本文介绍我院自己设计制造并能在腐蚀气氛下使用的热天平装置,其示意图如图1所示。一、天平主体部分在设计天平部件时,必须考虑天平部件能抗热腐蚀气氛的腐蚀及消除炉内高温辐射
