船舶修理时发现有很多巴氏合金消耗于机械摩擦部件,如内燃机、蒸汽机、蒸汽透平……等的滑动轴承中。众所周知,巴氏合金的传统浇注工艺中,有一项挂锡工序,要消耗大量价格较贵的锡。为了减少用锡或尽可能不用锡,应该采用多种浇注工艺。我厂试验了毋须挂锡而在轴承底瓦材料上直接浇注巴氏合金的方法,获得了良好的粘合效果。现将我们的试验情况简介如下:
