凝聚力是执政党的生命力。没有凝聚力,党就没有战斗力。而基层党组织的凝聚力是全党凝聚力的基础。上海市自开展“凝聚力工程”建设以来,上海冶金企业党组织积极响应,并取得了一定的进展。为使广大读者对“凝聚力工程”建设有一定了解,我们从本期开始陆续刊登介绍“凝聚力工程”建设的经验和理论文章。
Cohesion is the vitality of the ruling party. Without cohesion, the party has no combat effectiveness. The cohesion of grass-roots party organizations is the basis for the cohesion of the whole party. Since the establishment of “Cohesion Project” in Shanghai, the party organizations in Shanghai Metallurgical Enterprises have responded positively and made some progress. In order to help our readers understand the construction of “Cohesion Project”, we have successively published the experiences and theoretical articles introducing the construction of Cohesion Project from this issue.
