患者××，女，47岁，干部。因咽痛1天，在单位医务室行青霉素皮试。5分钟后，出现不自主张嘴、闭眼、面部表情怪异和吼叫、乱动等精神症状，伴胸闷、心慌及全身发红、四肢冰凉，测血压9.33/6.67kPa，脉搏110次/分，呼吸30次/分，考虑青霉素过敏，即给予皮下注射肾上腺素1mg和静推地塞米松2mg。约10分钟后，血压12.0/8.0kPa，脉搏100次/分，胸闷心慌减轻，但精神症状无缓

About 10 minutes later, blood pressure 12.0 / 8.0kPa, pulse 100 beats / min, chest tightness palpitation reduced, but no symptoms of mental retardation
