北京为了实现世界城市的发展目标,将现代服务业作为经济发展重点,而传统商业服务业也正在向现代化的经营模式转变。在这种新形势下,企业需要大批具备专业技能和英语能力的、适应新型岗位要求的营销和服务人员。教材编写应以素质要求为先导,以不同的岗位工作构成教学模块,以典型工作内容组成教学单元,以任务和流程为教学内容。通过企业的调研选择真实情境,使学生的学习与最新岗位需求紧密联系,培养学生的英语沟通与服务能力和用英语进行创新服务和创新工作的能力。
