此次中国首次国际注册管理咨询师(CMC)考核认证的考核内容应该说是集合了几个ICMCI会员的最佳实践,包括了英国(能力框架、客户反馈)、荷兰(对咨询能力的反思、同行人士互相评估)、新加坡(申请表格的设计、考核班内容)、挪威(把咨询能力与咨询项目相联系)、丹麦(道德规范)。ICMCI此次的审核小组融合了多个考核工具,希望对考生有个比较全面和准确的认识,这种方法加强了认证的客观性和实务性。CMC的考核是按照ICMCI国际程序和标准,而中国咨询业有一定本土特色,如何结合国际和本地的强项,把CMC考核做得更好,需要大家的共同努力。如此次认证的主考官、ICMCI的中国特派员刘圣烈说:“在ICMCI的会员大家庭里,咨询行业内的共同点,超越了表面看来似乎很明显的语言、背景和文化差异,各国的咨询师的咨询,没你想像中的那么不同。”
