颈外动脉结扎能否减少上颌窦癌上颌骨切除术中的出血,意见不一。由于影响术中出血的因素很多,即使设对照组,资料经统计学处理,也难以反映问题的全部实质。为观察颈外动脉结扎减少上颌骨切除术中出血的效果,我们在1982年6月对5例上颌窦癌行上颌骨切除术的患者用自身比较的方法进行了观察,并在1983年9月进行了动物试验,现将观察结果报告如下。一、临床资料本组共观察5例行全麻下上颌窦癌上颌骨切除术的患者,其中4例同时行眼眶内容物挖出术。患者术前皆先行同侧颈外
External carotid artery ligation can reduce maxillary sinus surgery in maxillary resection bleeding, different opinions. Due to many factors that affect intraoperative bleeding, even if the control group, the data processed by statistics, it is difficult to reflect the full nature of the problem. To observe the effect of ligation of the external carotid artery on the reduction of hemorrhage during maxillary resection, we performed a self-comparison study of 5 patients with maxillary cancer under maxillofacial resection in June 1982. In September 1983 Animal experiments were conducted and the observations are reported below. First, the clinical data of this group were observed in 5 cases under general anesthesia in maxillary sinus maxillary resection of patients, including 4 cases of simultaneous orbital content excision.
