潢川县农科所1986年承担的省科委攻关计划“甲鱼人工繁殖技术”历时3年研究,完成了计划规定的技术指标,1989年11月由省科委主持通过了技术鉴定。该所从3个方面做了详细认真的研究。一、培养亲鳖。通过对500—2250克范围内母鳖的观察,体重1000克以上,最佳体重1500克以上;在我区雌雄鳖的繁殖比例以4∶1为最好,产卵受精率达89.15％,赶上了日本同类研究的水平;同时营养水平高,对母鳖的繁殖能力有重大作用。
Huangchuan County Institute of Agricultural Sciences in 1986 undertaken by the provincial science and technology research project “turtle artificial breeding technology” lasted 3 years of research, completed the planning requirements of the technical indicators, in November 1989 by the Provincial Science and Technology Commission presided over the technical appraisal. The Institute made detailed and careful research from three aspects. First, cultivate soft-shelled turtle. Through the observation of mother turtle in the range of 500-2250 g, the body weight is more than 1000 grams and the best body weight is more than 1500 grams. The breeding ratio of male and female turtles in our region is 4: 1, the fertilization rate of oviposition is 89.15% On the level of similar studies in Japan; the same time, high levels of nutrition, reproductive capacity of mother turtles have a significant role.
