前言一个电子束管报废了,它的电子枪也往往无辜受到了株连而与管子同归于尽。人们早已注意到回收利用废管电子枪有很大的经济价值,许多人为回收电子枪也作过不少尝试,但始终未能找到一种既简便易行,又能保证电子枪不变形的回收方法。回收电子枪的困难在于要把点焊在调制极园筒内壁的阴极压圈取出,换上新的阴极。电子枪的零件都是一些薄壁圆筒或圆片,组装起来的,取阴极压圈时很难避免电子枪变形。笔者经过反复摸索,设计出一种回收夹具,利用它可以很方便地把阴极压圈取下来而又不使电子枪变形。这种回收电子枪的方法已成功地用于1英寸视象管中。经过连续半年的批量生产证明,回收电子枪装管与新枪装管,在成品
Foreword An electron beam tube was scrapped, and its electron guns were often innocent by strains and tubes. People have long been aware of the great economic value of recycling electron gun with waste tube. Many people have made many attempts to recover the electron gun. However, they have not been able to find a recovery method that is simple and convenient and can ensure the deformation of the electron gun. The difficulty of recycling electron guns is to point welding in the modulation pole cylinder wall cathode pressure ring removed, put on a new cathode. Parts of the electron gun are some thin-walled cylinder or wafer, assembled, it is difficult to avoid deformation of the electron gun when the cathode pressure ring. After repeated exploration, the author designed a recycling jig, which can be easily used to remove the cathode pressure ring without deforming the electron gun. This method of recovering the electron gun has been successfully used in a 1 inch video tube.
