目的:观察新创清肌饮对2,4-二硝氯苯致敏和诱发的小鼠实验性接触性皮炎的疗效。方法:小鼠造模后分别给予清热凉血方、理脾除湿方和新创清肌饮(全方)灌胃,并与正常组、假手术组和阳性药组对比观察,观察其皮炎模型耳病理切片及病理改变评分。结果:各治疗组均对接触性皮炎模型鼠的红斑、渗出、水肿等皮损有明显的抑制作用。病理改变评分提示,药物应用后真皮病变程度减轻,以理脾除湿组药效最好,其次为全方组及清热凉血组;在控制水肿,减少渗出方面,全方优于清热凉血方和理脾除湿方。结论:新创清肌饮对实验性接触性皮炎有一定的疗效,可控制其病理改变。
Objective: To observe the effect of Xinchuang Qingjiyin on sensitization and induced experimental contact dermatitis in mice induced by 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene. METHODS: Rats were treated with Qingre Liangxue Decoction, Lipi Dehumidifier and Xinchuang Qingji Decoction (QF) respectively. After intragastric administration, the dermatitis model was observed and compared with normal group, sham group and positive group. Ear pathological sections and pathological changes scored. RESULTS: All treatment groups had significant inhibition on skin lesions such as erythema, exudation, and edema in the contact dermatitis model rats. The score of pathological changes suggested that the extent of dermis lesions was reduced after drug application. The efficacy of the spleen detoxification group was the best, followed by the whole group and the Qingreliang blood group; in controlling the edema and reducing the exudation, the whole group was superior to the heat-cooling and cooling blood Square and spleen dehumidification side. Conclusion: Xinchuang Qingjiyin has certain curative effect on experimental contact dermatitis and can control its pathological changes.
