教育活动是教师与学生的共同活动。如何发挥教师的主导作用与学生的主体作用成了教育改革中探究的中心。我以为,在幼儿园教育教学活动中,教师发挥主导作用的目的就是要发挥幼儿的主体作用。幼儿园教育活动形式是多种多样的。游戏、观察、散步、自由活动、作业等都要体现出教师的主导作用。幼儿学得主动、活泼、积极,是幼儿主体作用的核心,把孩子对事物的好奇、兴趣、探索火花及时抓到手是教师的主导作用的体现。为了真正使教师在教育中发挥主导作用,必须打破传统的教育模式,认真设计各种教育活动的过程。一、在一日活动中给孩子有较多的自由结伴、自由选择内容、自由玩的时间。孩子的个性、体力、爱好、兴趣都因家庭、年龄、性别的不同而有所不同。一日中他们全在老师统一组织下活动,将会有心理压抑的感觉,自然会降低学习中的积极性。孩子与同伴
