(一)中央人民政府所颁布的中华人民共和国土地改革法全体代表一致热烈拥护,保证坚决执行。关于土地改革法实施细则讨论的各项问题与意见,大会责成省农协委员会详细整理写成书面文件,作为省农代会议向全省各界人民代表会议及省人民政府委员会提出的建议。(二)中共中央中南局所建议的关于中南区农民协会组织章程草案,经会议讨论,认为完全符合江西的实际情况与需要,经大会全体代表一致
(1) All representatives of the People’s Republic of China’s Land Reform Law promulgated by the Central People’s Government have unanimously and enthusiastically supported and promised to implement with determination. As for the various issues and opinions discussed in the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Land Reform Law, the General Assembly instructed the Provincial Committee of Agriculture and Peasants’ Association to organize and complete the written documents as a proposal put forward by the Provincial Agricultural Congress to the people’s congresses and provincial people’s government committees across the province. (2) The Proposal on the Organization Chart of the Association of Peasants and Peasants in Zhongnan District proposed by the Central South Bureau of the CPC Central Committee After discussion at the meeting, it was considered that it fully conformed to the actual conditions and needs in Jiangxi Province and was agreed upon by all the delegates to the meeting
