为深入贯彻落实党的十五大精神,加强和改进基层党支部建设,最近,我们集中10天时间,采取各种形式对6个人武部机关党支部建设情况,作了较为全面的实际调查。通过调查,进一步弄清了人武部党支部建设的基本状况、存在的主要问题,为今后指导和推动人武部机关党支部建设工作提供了客观依据。 人武部收归军队建制以来,各级对机关党支部建设总的是重视的,能够结合改革开放和市场经济的新形势,不断研究新情况,解决新问题,探索新方法,作了大量工作,取得了一定成绩。党支部组织基本健全,党员队伍的素质较好,并在完成以民兵预备役为中心的各项工作任务中得到不断加强,都有不同程度的进步和发展。 从调查掌握的情况来看,当前人武部机关
