1965年鞍钢眼前山铁矿在4米~3电铲(图1)大修过程中,发现原来按计划准备的φ370×320中心轴大铜套(图2)的外径比座孔直径小0.40毫米,就使它和座孔间的过盈配合变成有间隙配合,使该铜套不能使用。当时,在技术上可供选择的办法是:1.另换合格的铜套;2.挂锡;3.镀铬;4.扩孔镶钢套。这些办法使用后效果不好,才决定试用粘接的办法来解决。
