我厂使用的重型车床,是五十年代进口的。在多年的使用中,发现车床尾座上承受顶紧力的推力轴承(见图1)经常损坏,个别车床每年要更换4~5套。一、轴承损坏的原因工件热变形产生的强大轴向力,是尾座推力轴承急骤损坏的主要原因。 1.工件受热分析切削过程中,产生大量的切削热,使刀尖部位高达900℃。50~80%的切削热由切屑带走,其余大部分传给了工件。
Heavy lathes used by our factory are imported in the 1950s. In many years of use, we found that the thrust bearing on the lathe tailstock is always damaged (see Fig. 1). Some lathes need to be replaced 4 to 5 sets per year. First, the cause of bearing damage The strong axial force generated by thermal deformation of the workpiece, tailstock thrust bearing is the main reason for the sudden damage. 1 workpiece heating analysis cutting process, resulting in a large number of cutting heat, so that the tip part up to 900 ℃. 50 ~ 80% of the cutting heat away from the chip, most of the rest passed to the workpiece.
