为了适应医院技术建设的需要,尽快改变技术骨干青黄不接的局面,我院自1983年开始,对中青年技术骨干实施重点培训。通过几年的努力,已经取得了较好成绩,现将我们的基本做法和体会报告如下。一、党委重视,统一认识,走人才培养工作的群众路线如何看待技术骨干重点培训工作,院领导和全院干部都经历了一个逐渐加深认识的过程。起初,领导担心抓重点培训会遭到群众的非议,怕挫伤大多数人的积极性,重点培养对象怕处理不好
